Headquarters Town Guide, user register

4 Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is collected to use the service. The Headquarters guide is a gamified map application showing military-historical sites in the Mikkeli region. Players answer questions set by the game and receive points. Players also receive points for visiting sites. Players can share their results on social media if they wish. The service provider (the Headquarters Town Guide) may send targeted, themed advertisements about the sites to logged-in users on the user register.

B Data processed using IT systems

User rights to the customer register are only granted to those employees of the register-keeper and other designated persons who require the data to discharge their duties. A user account and password are required to access the register. The information system is protected by a firewall and the hardware is located in a building with access control and security guards.

Registered persons are entitled to inspect their data.

Registered persons are entitled to demand the correction of data related to them.
